Virtual Marshal system can be tested by organisers by creating free / trial / test events. This allows organisers to under stand the working of system fully and understand how various elements of setup work by doing free field trials. Also no limit is placed on number of participants in each trial so that organisers can also test tracking and result outputs. There is no need to utilise any system credits purchased. The test or free events are subject to only the following limitations:
- Limited to six checkpoints including start and finish.
- Event start gate/point is active only for time period of fifteen minute.
- Maximum running duration of event is one hour.
Other than these limitation free trial events have full features available for organisers to test and try. It is necessary for an organiser to keep a balance of minimum one system credit to keep their account active and operational.
